This is a yummy vegetarian spinach, mushroom and zucchini lasagna with g/f noodles,,homemade marinara sauce, local organic vegetables/eggs and 3 local cheeses. It's par baked. To cook  let it thaw for best results.  cover with foil at 300 for about 10 minutes then remove cover and cook another 5 minutes or so until golden brow. A slice of garlic bread and a salad would finish this great meal!
