Thai red curry (Phat Noodle) with spicy lemongrass & galangal-infused coconut sauce seasoned with Thai Fish Sauce. Includes roast chicken, bok choy, green beans & carrots & bean sprouts served with white rice.  Serves two.

Cooking Instructions: Reheat in sauce pan reheat food to approximately 82 degrees (small bubbles) and stir periodically to ensure even temperature. Stir in rice.
