Vegan sushi rolls!
Ingredients, shapes and flavors will change from time to time. But normally cucumber, carrot, cabbage, cilantro, mushrooms, green onions, spinach, avocado, mango, rice, nori and sesame seeds. Served with GF tamari, picked ginger and wasabi.
I was blessed to study under a sushi chef for 2 years in WA state. I always loved sushi, and Asian foods, but had never really learned the art. I was blown away by the knife skills, the colors, flavors and the art form that is sushi. As my studies continued I couldn't wait each day to learn more techniques and improve my sushi skills. It takes a full 10 years to become a certified sushi master, I'm no master but will always love honing my sushi skills and continue learning along the way.
