After my first visit to West Africa I absolutely fell in love with this dish!
It's rich, mildly spicy, creamy and full of amazing spices with a Costa Rican twist.

Coconut oil, garlic, ginger, organic vegetables and spices, tomato, almond butter, black beans, coconut milk, vegetable stock and organic chicken.

Served with rice.
