Our raw tiramisu is made out of 3 layers : a crust of dates, coffee and almonds; a healthy cream of cashew nuts; and a raw sponge cake of dates, cacao, coffee and walnuts. The whole is so creamy and satisfying!

Keeps well in the fridge for 5 days. Can also be stored in the freezer (just take your slice out and wait 5 minutes before eating!)
