This is a very surprisingly delicious pie made out of avocado and sweet potatoes. The oat-coconut-dates crust is followed by a creamy chocolate cream with avocado and sweet potatoes. And finally covered with a pure dark chocolate crunchy layer.

Keeps well in the fridge for a week. You can also store it in the freezer and get your slice out 10 minutes before degustation!
